The program of the meeting

Our event starts as of Thursday 26 August 2023 on the terrace of “Cocoon Hotel Belair” in Bourscheid-Plage from 4:00 PM on.

For those arriving on Friday only, you can find us as of 5:00 PM on the same terrace. Here’s what we have planned for you:

Thursday, 24th August
from 4:00pm	Welcome on the terrace of the “Cocoon Hotel Belair”.
Your dinner can be ordered the same day at the hotel, but is not included in the basic price.
Friday, 25th August
from 9:15am	Departure for the “Eifel-Tour”
11:30am – 2:00pm	Lunch & visit @ the “Roscheider Hof“
2:00pm – 5:00pm	2nd part of the “Eifel-Tour”
from 5:00pm	Welcome of the weekend-participants on the terrace of “Cocoon Hotel Belair“
7:00pm	Aperitif at the “Hotel La Rive”
8:00pm	Dinner at the “Hotel La Rive”
Saturday, 26th August
from 9:15am	Departure to the “Ardennen-Tour” 11:30am – 2:00pm Lunch at the “abbey of Stavelot“ + Visit of the “Spa-Francorchamps Circuit Museum“
2:00pm – 5:00pm	2nd part of the “Ardennen-Tour”
7:00pm	Aperitif in the “Cocoon Hotel Belair“
from 8:00pm	Diner in the “Cocoon Hotel Belair“
Sunday, 27th August
9:30am	Common to Diekirch for a special private visit of the MG100 Exhibition at the “Conservatoire National de Véhicules Historiques”
12:00pm	Lunch at the museum, to be defined, price giving and goodbyes
