For those arriving on Friday, you can find us as of 5:00 PM on the same terrace. Here’s what we have planned for you:
Thursday, 21 August
from 4:00pm
Welcome on the terrace of the “Cocoon Hotel Belair”.
Your dinner can be ordered the same day at the hotel, but is not included in the basic price.
Friday, 22nd August
from 9:15am
Departure for the first day of our tours. We have planned a whole touring day to discover the country, with some recommandations for visits along the way, and some contests and games on the way.
11:30am – 2:00pm
A light Lunch is served in Heinerscheid
around 5:00pm
Back in Bourscheid
from 5:00pm
Welcome of the weekend-participants on the terrace of “Cocoon Hotel Belair“
7:00pm
Aperitif at the hotel, followed by Dinner at 8:00 pm.
Saturday, 23 August
from 9:15am
Departure to second Tour day.
11:00 am – 2:30pm
Arrival in Nospelt, primarily known for the annual “Emaischen” folk festival on Easter Monday, but also historically as Luxembourg’s pottery industry. A light lunch is also served in Nospelt
around 5:00pm
Back in Bourscheid
7:00pm
Aperitif in hotel, followed by Dinner at 8:00pm
Sunday, 24 August
9:30am
Brunch, during which we will have a last get together in the hotel. If the weather is fine, we are planning some activities in front of the hotel.
